The Intergenerational Forum brought together different perspectives on healthcare
At the second intergenerational forum held at Wissenschaftshafen Magdeburg, people of all ages came together to discuss the future of healthcare. A keynote address by Steffi Suchant kicked off the discussion and provided important food for thought. The intergenerational forum was organised by transPOTENTIAL, a workshop project run by the transPORT TransferRaum.
Afterwards, over 30 participants continued their work at various workshop stations, sharing experiences and developing ideas together. Insights into health policy provided by Tobias Krull informed the discussion. It became clear that, on many issues, there is broad consensus on what constitutes good healthcare – whilst at the same time highlighting areas where there are still gaps and where new solutions are needed.
As a Research Campus, STIMULATE brought its perspective from the intersection of medical technology, research and application into the discussion. The dialogue with members of the public and stakeholders from the worlds of politics and practice provided valuable insights for the Campus’s future work – particularly with regard to user-centred innovation and the development of sustainable healthcare solutions.
The open discussions, diverse perspectives and intergenerational interaction made the forum an inspiring exchange and provided valuable insights into the future of healthcare. The next forum is already in the pipeline – so stay tuned.
Generationenforum brachte Perspektiven zur Gesundheitsversorgung zusammen
Beim zweiten Generationenforum im Wissenschaftshafen Magdeburg kamen Menschen unterschiedlicher Altersgruppen zusammen, um über die Zukunft der Gesundheitsversorgung ins Gespräch zu kommen. Ein Impuls von Steffi Suchant eröffnete den Austausch und gab wichtige Denkanstöße. Organisiert wurde das Generationenforum von transPOTENTIAL, einem Werkstattprojekt des TransferRaums transPORT.
Im Anschluss arbeiteten über 30 Teilnehmende an verschiedenen Workshop-Stationen weiter, teilten Erfahrungen und entwickelten gemeinsam Ideen. Einblicke aus der Gesundheitspolitik von Tobias Krull begleiteten die Diskussion. Dabei wurde deutlich: In vielen Fragen besteht großer Konsens darüber, was eine gute Gesundheitsversorgung ausmacht – zugleich zeigte sich, wo noch Bedarfe bestehen und neue Lösungen gefragt sind.
Als Forschungscampus brachte STIMULATE seine Perspektive an der Schnittstelle von Medizintechnik, Forschung und Anwendung in den Dialog ein. Der Austausch mit Bürgerinnen und Bürgern sowie Akteurinnen und Akteuren aus Politik und Praxis lieferte wertvolle Impulse für die weitere Arbeit des Campus – insbesondere im Hinblick auf nutzerzentrierte Innovationen und die Gestaltung zukunftsfähiger Versorgungslösungen.
Die offenen Gespräche, vielfältigen Perspektiven und das generationenübergreifende Miteinander machten das Forum zu einem inspirierenden Austausch und lieferten wertvolle Impulse für die Gesundheitsversorgung von morgen. Das nächste Forum ist bereits in Vorbereitung – bleiben Sie gespannt.
