STIMULATE at the Saxony-Anhalt Medical Technology Exchange
On 20 November 2025, the Research Campus STIMULATE took part in the meeting of stakeholders in medical technology in Saxony-Anhalt in the Senate Hall of Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg at the invitation of the Ministry of Economics, Tourism, Agriculture and Forestry.
The agenda included presentations of the EU Interreg project RISMED4EU, the transSUSTAIN project of Fraunhofer IFF from the Transferraum initiative transPORT, and the EU I3 project AgriPETMRI. This was followed by a round of introductions by the participants and an intensive exchange on cooperation opportunities within I3 projects. We were particularly pleased to have the opportunity to present our I3 project AgriPETMRI and provide insights into our ongoing research activities.
Such networks are particularly valuable for STIMULATE, as they directly facilitate new ideas, exciting collaborations and joint innovations. The event once again demonstrated how important exchange between research, industry and administration is in further strengthening the excellent medical technology environment in Saxony-Anhalt.
STIMULATE beim Austausch der Medizintechnik Sachsen-Anhalt
Am 20. November 2025 nahm der Forschungscampus STIMULATE auf Einladung des Ministeriums für Wirtschaft, Tourismus, Landwirtschaft und Forsten am Treffen der Akteure der Medizintechnik Sachsen-Anhalt im Senatssaal der Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg teil.
Auf der Agenda standen Präsentationen des EU-Interreg-Projektes RISMED4EU, aus der Transferraum-Initiative transPORT das transSUSTAIN-Projekt des Fraunhofer IFF sowie des EU I3-Projektes AgriPETMRI. Anschließend gab es eine Vorstellungsrunde der Teilnehmenden und einen intensiven Austausch über Kooperationsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von I3-Projekten. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir die Gelegenheit hatten, unser I3-Projekt AgriPETMRI vorzustellen und Einblicke in unsere laufenden Forschungsaktivitäten zu geben.
Solche Vernetzungen sind für STIMULATE besonders wertvoll, da sie direkt neue Ideen, spannende Kooperationen und gemeinsame Innovationen ermöglichen. Die Veranstaltung hat einmal mehr gezeigt, wie wichtig der Austausch zwischen Forschung, Wirtschaft und Verwaltung ist, um das hervorragende Medizintechnikumfeld in Sachsen-Anhalt weiter zu stärken.
